sorry my german is not so good. I am living in Germany and I am looking for a second hand vespa from the 80's to buy. something for everyday life. I have found the following and I will see it today. as you can see from the description below, it says the motorblock is oelfeucht. the main question is, how strict do you think is the TUV with such a case? the price of the vespa is 1300 Euro.. how much extra money do you think I will have to pay to pass the TUV check? plese see below the beschreibung:
Schweren Herzens verkaufe ich meine Vespa. Sie ist seit 1994 in meinem Besitz.
Heute hat sie keinen TÜV bekommen (war fällig 05-2014), da der Motorblock ölfeucht ist. Das dürfte für einen Kenner einfach zu beheben sein. Leider kann ich nicht selber schrauben, und fahre auch nur selten, daher möchte ich keine Werkstattkosten mehr investieren.
Die Beleuchtung habe ich frisch instand setzen lassen.
Vorne ist ein Gepäckträger montiert. Zweiter Spiegel ist auch montiert.
Der optische und technische Zustand ist dem Baujahr entsprechend, der Roller wurde vom Vorbesitzer in "Maserati-Rot" lackiert.
Der Motor springt sofort an, läuft prima, zieht gut und schafft auch locker Tempo 90, die Höchstgeschwindigkeit laut KFZSchein "105" habe ich noch nie ausprobiert 
Die Vespa ist übrigens werksseitig ohne Batterie, wird also mit Kickstarter gestartet.
Der heutige km-Stand laut Tacho: 41.522 km, ist auch plausibel
Getrenntschmierung.
Leistung 9kw, 196 ccm Hubraum
Erstzulassung 30.07.1982
Das Fahrzeug ist noch angemeldet. Der deutsche Fahrzeugbrief und die Schlüssel sind vorhanden, ebenfalls ein kleines Bordwerkzeug.
Wegen des Alters des Fahrzeuges und weil es ein Privatverkauf ist, wird es ausdrücklich ohne Garantie, Gewährleistung und ohne Rückgaberecht verkauft.
